• Proactively engage allied healthcare professionals with product and disease education supporting patient management before, during, and after approved therapies • Provide ongoing education and resources on patient management, dosing and administration, and side-effect management • Collaborate with other field teams within ways-of-working guidelines • Serve as a strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts • Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights • Educate clinicians on patient identification and approved therapies for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies • Educate on product preparation, administration, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management • Educate patient care teams on initiating and managing patients according to product protocols • Interpret and communicate clinical education topics to diverse audiences using approved materials • Provide disease-state education covering diagnosis and management • Deliver approved education programs through one-to-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations • Document and share clinical insights through strategic questioning and active listening • Attend and provide clinical information or presentations at internal national, regional, and local meetings • Support exhibit booths and displays as appropriate • Enhance clinical training initiatives and internal sales-team competencies • Collaborate across sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence functions • Potentially educate patients in advocacy meeting settings using approved materials and messaging • Document customer interactions and educational activities and manage allocated resources
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required • Current active HCP license • 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience • Recent clinical hematology experience required • Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with Hematology/Oncology patients • Recent multiple myeloma experience preferred • Excellent communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills • Demonstrated experience adapting to change and embracing learning • Demonstrated experience interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data • Recognizes evolving shifts in oncology market trends and effects on providers and patients • Success operating within a cross-functional team • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously with efficient time management • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Needed authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental
