📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of customer relationship management in the assigned territory • Plan, organize, and implement account management activities related to Company product sales and distribution • Achieve territory sales and utilization quotas and objectives • Perform territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for consumables • Provide customer training, presentations, and product-use demonstrations • Educate customers on product indications, contraindications, safety, and customer needs • Support customer marketing strategies, including website and microsite development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing • Support and facilitate regional training workshops and tradeshows • Pre-plan sales calls and manage time efficiently to maximize customer contact and service • Complete business plans, weekly expense reports, territory account profiles, and customer database updates • Manage daily sales administration, including Salesforce.com updates and data entry • Maintain knowledge of the industry and competitive products • Develop effective relationships throughout the organization • Participate in industry-related tradeshows and meetings • Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines • Communicate with the Regional Practice Manager and Area Sales Manager regarding territory and regional matters, including forecasting • Represent the Company with integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required • 2–4 years of demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other health care providers preferred • Direct customer experience with plastic surgeon and dermatology audiences preferred • Experience with consumables selling preferred • Effective oral and written communication • Ability to provide high-level customer service and support for practice integration of the CoolSculpting Procedure • Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups • Ability to understand and communicate Company product attributes using professional selling and closing skills • Ability to use word processing and database applications, Excel, PowerPoint, and various software programs • Strong organization, schedule management, and follow-up skills • Knowledge of FDA GMPs • Ability to function in an FDA GMP-regulated controlled environment • Home office capability with reliable high-speed internet access • Ability to travel, including multi-overnight stays, tradeshows, corporate meetings, and training meetings • Valid driver’s license issued by the state/province of residence and a good driving record • Compliance with FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO 13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and other applicable international regulatory requirements
