📋 Description

• Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives across the Mid-Atlantic region • Transform the lives of patients impacted by cancer through customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution • Develop people through coaching, feedback, and career development • Translate strategy into execution through clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through • Serve as an expert in product knowledge and the hematology/oncology disease state and marketplace • Execute brand strategy locally to positively impact the business • Cultivate a culture of performance, inclusiveness, personal growth, trust, and accountability • Manage budget and resources to maximize patient impact • Lead Key Account Management by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of sales experience within pharma/biotech • History of consistently delivering top results • Demonstrated curiosity, humility, self-awareness, and commitment to continuously studying and improving leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams • Understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to lead without authority with cross-functional teams • Ability to develop CAEs through coaching, clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and accountability • Ability to apply data, critical thinking, business insight, and sound judgment to make timely, high-quality decisions • Ability to adapt quickly, embrace ambiguity, and lead teams through uncertainty and evolving business environments • Capacity and desire to continuously grow, expand responsibility, and prepare for broader leadership opportunities • Driving a personal auto or company car or truck • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test • Must meet safe driving requirements • Oncology experience strongly preferred, preferably in hematologic malignancies (preferred but not required) • MBA or other advanced degree (preferred but not required) • Experience as a people leader (preferred but not required)
