📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting & Dashboards function • Drive governance, standard reporting, analytics, visualization, user enablement, quality assurance, and continuous improvement • Build internal capabilities supporting ongoing operations and future SAC implementations across business units • Define the enterprise vision and roadmap for SAC reporting and analytics • Establish dashboard design and visualization standards • Develop reporting governance, KPI definitions, and reporting best practices • Improve executive reporting and decision support • Partner with Finance functions to align reporting strategy with business objectives • Establish enterprise standards for SAC implementation and operational excellence • Develop reusable implementation methodologies and playbooks • Capture lessons learned for future deployments • Build scalable governance and support models for future business units • Promote continuous improvement across SAC capabilities • Manage 2 direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Finance transformation, reporting, and analytics • Deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud or enterprise planning platforms • Strong background in reporting strategy, business processes, and analytics • Experience with change management and driving user adoption • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
