📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions for the Oncology Field Reimbursement Manager organization • Support Access and Reimbursement Training • Represent Training and Development and Franchise Strategy across training programs • Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction • Leverage existing Learning & Development platforms and content to limit duplication • Provide candid, specific verbal and written feedback to training participants • Adapt coaching and training techniques to individual skill levels • Develop Guest Trainers and Regional Field Trainers • Integrate training activities into franchise team business plans • Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects within the training organization • Assist with onboarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs • Execute with little guidance or direction from senior leadership • Collaborate with Learning and Development, Therapeutic Business Unit, Franchise Marketing, and AbbVie Patient Services leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Understanding of Adult Learning Principles • Proven experience developing and using critical learning/teaching platforms, including PowerPoint, Rise Articulate, and iSpring • 3+ years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or Field Reimbursement Manager with extensive knowledge of the access and reimbursement landscape, or comparable previous training experience • Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact • High-performing track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of management to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy • Ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage • Preferred: Experience working within and utilizing an LMS • Preferred: Prior sales, access and reimbursement, or account management experience in oncology • Preferred: Knowledge and understanding of basic AI principles to improve training efficiencies and content creation • Preferred: Knowledge and exposure to health sciences, market access, and/or account management
