📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions for field sales organizations • Represent Training & Development and Brand Strategy in training programs and solutions • Build relationships with stakeholders at various levels • Provide performance coaching and candid verbal and written feedback to training participants • Coach and develop National Field Trainers • Adjust coaching and training techniques to individual participant skill levels • Develop Guest Trainers and Rotational Trainers through meaningful class roles and one-to-one coaching • Integrate training activities into brand team business plans • Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects • Serve as a product, disease-state, customer-skills, and business-skills expert • Support onboarding, development, and mentorship of National Field Trainers • Execute with little guidance from senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or District Manager, or 2+ years of sales training experience • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products, including CFR 210/211 and cGMP • Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact • High-performing sales track record • Strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization • Ability to travel 50% of the time
