📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-stakes or complex initiatives • Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development • Drive innovation in instructional design using video and eLearning module creation • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create scalable and impactful learning experiences • Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness • Design and develop instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives • Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals • Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible • Facilitate course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and new course introductions, and monitor early feedback for course improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, learning and development • Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques, principles, models and eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate) • Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations • Experience managing large-scale or complex projects • Strong leadership and mentorship skills • Communication skills to develop training manuals and procedures • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and learners • Presentation skills to train and educate employees • Personal computer and business solutions software skills • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills • Good multi-media and desktop software skills to design training materials • Project management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of information and reduce to teachable segments
