📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives • Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals • Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible • Continuously improve instructional design processes and methodologies • Facilitate course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and the introduction of new courses • Ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design • Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) • Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Communication skills to develop training manuals and procedures • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and learners • Presentation skills to train and educate employees • Personal computer and business solutions software skills • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills • Good multi-media and desktop software skills to design training materials • Project management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of information and reduce to teachable segments
