📋 Description

• Manage clients through the ABC Fitness onboarding process • Manage project expectations, roles, responsibilities, timelines, and task delegation • Lead integration requirements discussions and document business, financial, and technical requirements end-to-end • Serve as the primary client contact and advocate throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure successful resolution and completion of onboarding projects • Lead delivery of software and system solutions • Educate and train clients on software, systems, and platform features • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Manage and oversee client issues with departmental leadership • Track client interactions using Salesforce or another designated CRM • Develop and maintain project deployment and integration schedules • Lead client training sessions and customer visits • Create and deliver brand-specific onboarding and training content in person and virtually • Support pre-sales efforts for prospects and customers • Review and approve deliverables and obtain post-deliverable sign-off • Provide client-aligned reporting on financials, growth forecasting, production, marketing, and demographics • Direct conversion and onboarding activities with internal teams • Partner with upper management on complex issues • Provide weekly project updates to department leadership • Support internal teams and onsite staff with implementation issues • Collaborate with Software Development on product enhancements • Deliver project completion documentation to Customer Success • Maintain expert knowledge of client-facing software and systems • Engage clients through regional meetings and events • Submit expenses according to company policies • Perform other duties assigned by management • Maintain regular and reliable attendance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing projects, facilitating client conversations, leveraging technical aptitude, and collaborating cross-functionally • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required • High school diploma or equivalent • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Intermediate MS Word, MS Access, Outlook, and OneNote • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management • Leadership ability • Self-starter • Ability to make independent decisions and take calculated risks • Availability on-call 24/7 • Ability to coordinate and maintain several projects with multiple deadlines • Ability to work across multiple departments to resolve customer issues • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to learn and implement technical skills • Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, and Asana is a plus • Project Management Certification and/or experience using PM tools preferred • Gym/Health club MMS experience preferred • Bilingual language skills preferred but not required • Experience using AI for research and business operations
