📋 Description

• Own overall program planning for Project Phoenix, including the master timeline, milestones, and dependencies across three workstreams and three Nirvana stages • Partner with workstream owners to track progress, surface risks, and keep decisions moving • Partner with Nirvana-stage owners to track initiative progress and coordinate foundational efforts • Identify intersections and dependencies and proactively resolve conflicts • Establish and run Phoenix's operating cadence, including status reporting, leadership check-ins, and decision logs • Own company-wide communications about Phoenix and deliver clear, consistent updates on a predictable rhythm • Act as a trusted extension of the CEO, representing the CEO's priorities in working sessions and escalating issues requiring direct attention • Translate high-level strategic direction into concrete plans, owners, and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or projects, ideally through a period of significant organizational change • Ability to connect authentically with people at every level of the organization, from the executive team to frontline staff • Clear, direct communication, especially when challenges or issues arise • Ability to engage directly with any part of the organization or any issue the program touches • Ability to maintain the big-picture view of the overall transformation and connect workstream and Nirvana-stage decisions to Phoenix's goals • Comfort operating close to executive leadership and synthesizing ambiguous, fast-moving information into clear plans and communication • Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, sequencing, risk management, and status reporting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for whole-company and leadership audiences • Discretion and judgment when handling sensitive, not-yet-public information • Bias toward action and follow-through; comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable • Experience with technology, systems implementations, or business transformation programs is a strong plus
