📋 Description

• Process and reconcile daily financial activity across multiple platforms, including ACH returns, chargebacks, refunds, and member payments • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate records • Review and verify documentation for merchant account onboarding • Support merchant account lifecycle changes, including bank changes, legal updates, and club transitions • Assist clients by phone and email with payment and merchant inquiries • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation • Maintain PCI compliance and handle sensitive data carefully • Develop subject matter expertise in integrated payments, including card brand fees, account structures, and regulatory guidelines • Manage payment hardware procurement and client setup • Document workflows and maintain internal systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams • Lead initiatives and projects through successful execution using planning, metrics, and structure • Support occasional holiday and weekend on-call rotations and overtime during peak periods or special projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, payment processing, or SaaS • Strong analytical skills • Experience with financial reconciliation and client account management • Solid Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills • High attention to detail • Comfort handling sensitive financial data • Operationally focused mindset with ability to drive cross-functional execution and outcomes • Comfort working across multiple systems and monitors simultaneously • Ability to support occasional holiday and weekend on-call rotations • Ability to work overtime during peak periods or special projects
