📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of open court hearings and secure attorney coverage by phone, text, and email before hearing dates • Negotiate fees in real time, handle counteroffers, and protect margins • Triage competing hearings and prioritize a fast-moving pipeline • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps • Onboard and support attorneys and answer their questions • Update law-firm clients on hearing status • Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate pipeline data • Identify recurring coverage gaps and suggest improvements in team huddles and meetings • Work toward daily metrics for coverage speed, dropped hearings, book efficiency, and cost targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation • Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication • Organized and able to manage many open items simultaneously • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or a high-volume call-center/outbound environment preferred • Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role preferred • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools preferred • Exposure to legal, court, or collections operations preferred • Comfortable on Mac OS and Google Workspace preferred
