📋 Description

• Own how ABC Legal Services trains, informs, and supports its nationwide network of independent process servers. • Audit existing training and onboarding content to identify what moves behavior. • Own the onboarding experience end-to-end using short, accessible formats for independent contractors. • Decide whether to build resources in-house, escalate fixes to the product team, or contract work out. • Measure education effectiveness using support ticket trends, survey feedback, and performance signals. • Own the accuracy, structure, and freshness of process-server-facing resources with the Support team. • Manage content as one coherent experience across multiple sources and owners. • Build workflows to identify content gaps before they become support tickets. • Own communications for releases, policy changes, scorecard delivery, and onboarding touchpoints. • Build and maintain a repeatable communications calendar. • Write and direct plain-language, field-ready communications from compliance and business language. • Brief Support, Performance, and Dispatch teams before external communications. • Build and maintain internal toolkits, talking points, and FAQ sheets. • Execute community messaging and reinforce ABC Legal Services' brand tone with field partners. • Monitor support ticket themes, content gaps, and communication breakdowns, translating findings into updates or escalations. • Complete a content and communications audit within the first 30 days. • Reduce support tickets tied to communication or training gaps within six months. • Establish a consistent release communication framework and redesign onboarding content.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing communications, content, or enablement programs for a distributed, non-desk audience, such as gig workers, field technicians, or drivers. • Background in performance support, instructional design, or human-centered design, rather than traditional classroom training. • Comfort working in CRM/messaging platforms (HubSpot or equivalent) and LMS platforms. • Strong written communication skills: conversational, plain-language, and empathetic rather than corporate. • A bias toward shipping at 80% and iterating, rather than perfecting in a vacuum. • Nice-to-have: Experience owning both internal enablement and external communication for the same initiative, end to end. • Nice-to-have: Experience managing content across multiple sources and owners (in-house, support-authored, contracted) without losing coherence. • Nice-to-have: A track record of retiring content that wasn't moving behavior, not just adding more of it. • Availability for Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule.
