📋 Description

• Own the functional design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service, Sales Hub, and Customer Insights � Journeys • Partner with Dynamics and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions • Own the configuration and ongoing development of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including case lifecycles, routing, queues, SLAs, and knowledge management • Design and maintain Sales Hub processes for referral, intake, and growth workflows, including Business Process Flows, forms, views, and forecasting • Build and maintain Customer Insights � Journeys segments, journeys, triggers, forms, and communication workflows • Manage Dataverse schemas, security roles, row-level security, and Power Automate workflows • Manage solution lifecycle and deployments across sandbox and production environments • Lead discovery sessions, solution design, UAT, training, and post-launch user support • Document solutions and design decisions to support long-term platform maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform experience, including architecture or lead-consultant responsibilities • Deep functional expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including SLAs, routing, queues, business hours, knowledge management, and case lifecycles • Strong Dynamics 365 Sales experience, including pipeline design, Business Process Flows, and forecasting • Experience with Customer Insights � Journeys or a comparable marketing automation platform • Experience managing solutions and application lifecycle management (ALM), including deployments across multiple environments • Strong Dataverse schema, security model, Power Automate, and model-driven app configuration experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams • Experience applying Copilot or other AI tools within Dynamics 365 preferred • Experience in healthcare, human services, or another regulated industry preferred; HIPAA awareness is a plus • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications preferred • Exposure to JavaScript, C# plugins, PCF controls, or the Dataverse Web API is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • This position is not available to candidates residing in California
