📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end PLM integration between Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA • Define engineering-to-order processes, engineering BOMs, variant structures, configuration control, and change propagation • Design and configure SAP Engineering Change Management, including change masters, effectivity, workflow, and impact analysis • Evaluate and design SAP integration options including SAP ECTR, Teamcenter Gateway, BAPIs, IDocs, and API-based interfaces • Define field mapping, versioning rules, and reconciliation logic • Configure SAP Document Management System, including document types, versioning, status networks, and CAD integration workflows • Establish governance for engineering data ownership, release strategies, and version control • Define how engineering changes update production BOMs, routings, production orders, purchase requisitions, and sustainment materials • Design ETO structures for project manufacturing and Task Order execution • Develop PLM reporting for engineering change status, BOM comparison, configuration baselines, and Fiori/CDS analytical content • Facilitate PLM deep-dive and Blueprint workshops • Author Functional Description Documents, configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and UAT test scripts • Maintain decision and open-item logs • Support SOCOM SOF GLSS through SAP S/4HANA 2023 PLM architecture with Teamcenter integration

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) functional configuration experience in an implementation or consulting role • At least two full-lifecycle implementations • Hands-on experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP, including BOM synchronization, material governance, document management, and ECO/ECR workflows • Experience with engineering-to-order (ETO) processes, engineering BOMs, variant structures, and configuration control • Working knowledge of PLM integration with Production Planning, Materials Management, Controlling, and Project System • Ability to write functional design documentation, functional specifications, and UAT test scripts • Ability to facilitate client working sessions with program management and project controls personnel • Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC (Common Access Card) • US Citizenship required • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
