📋 Description

• Serve as a clinical resource supporting sales and partner success teams by demonstrating how Abridge’s nursing solutions enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes • Partner with commercial teams during demos, customer presentations, and strategic engagements • Provide clinical credibility and subject matter expertise to executive-level audiences • Engage directly with prospective and current customers, including senior leadership, to articulate clinical value, address questions, and facilitate adoption • Provide prospect-interaction insights and feedback to product and engineering teams • Assist in prioritizing product enhancements aligned with clinical needs • Represent Abridge at industry conferences, webinars, and events as a clinical thought leader • Serve as the product expert for the commercial team • Collaborate with the Product team to align customer needs, solution capabilities, and product roadmap • Bridge clinical practice and technology implementation • Articulate and translate the value of Abridge’s nursing solutions to senior clinical and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within acute care, critical care, or med-surg • Proven track record working in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, or Implementation Executive • Successful adoption and integration of clinical solutions • Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to frontline clinicians, healthcare executives, and technical teams • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, including CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority • Ability to evaluate clinical workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate clinical requirements into technological solutions • MSN or equivalent advanced nursing degree preferred • Experience in clinical success, implementation leadership, clinical analytics, or similar roles within major health systems or healthcare technology companies preferred • Proven ability to manage and lead teams or complex projects preferred • Willingness to travel 30–50% • Currently based in the United States • Authorized to work in the United States
