📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end software implementation process for new clients, averaging 8 weeks, via phone, email, and virtual meetings • Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and develop achievable timelines and program goals with clients • Act as a client partner and liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management • Support and implement additional products and integrations, including RESTful API and CRM/HRM integrations • Provide in-depth Absorb LMS training, including best practices and workflows customized to each client’s needs • Manage a portfolio of projects while coordinating multiple projects and maintaining a high level of quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages, required • 4+ years of experience in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management, software implementations, or similar experience • Previous training or software training experience • Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts • Proven time management skills • Project-oriented mindset • Previous LMS administration or training experience preferred • Knowledge of the adult learning and E-learning industry preferred • PMP or formal project management experience preferred • Previous experience working with data import tools preferred • Experience with Absorb LMS, Salesforce, ChurnZero, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Gong • Must pass pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check • Must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship
