📋 Description

• Lead one or more product development teams through technical design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing delivery • Manage development work and priorities in Jira and coordinate requirements, timelines, and dependencies with Product Management • Drive resource and schedule alignment across development teams, identifying capacity needs, gaps, conflicts, and resource optimization opportunities • Partner with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Quality Assurance, Cloud Operations, and other cross-functional partners • Contribute to development roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and tracking mechanisms for progress, issues, dependencies, and risks • Champion AI adoption and AI-driven development practices • Establish consistency in development practices, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder engagement • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to developers • Manage competing priorities and align development initiatives with product and organizational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a software development team, preferably within a SaaS, enterprise technology, or cloud-based environment • Experience working with Java and/or .NET platforms and modern CI/CD development practices • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, resource planning, capacity management, and delivery execution • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines and drive initiatives through completion • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other technical teams • Proficiency with development and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence • Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Desired: Experience with Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, or related technologies • Desired: Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure or cloud transformation initiatives • Desired: Experience with AI-enabled development tools or AI-driven engineering practices • Desired: Experience working with the Accela Civic Platform
