📋 Description

• Own data models, extraction logic, and KPI methodology behind strategic assessments, including SQL/ETL, data dictionaries, and source schemas • Mature KPI Insights from a per-engagement effort into a scalable, standardized capability with reusable dashboards, benchmark logic, and a cross-account data foundation • Advise government directors and deputy directors; translate data findings into business impact and recommendations • Present architecture and data strategy to C-suite and senior public-sector stakeholders • Introduce AI-assisted analysis, intake-quality measurement, predictive models, and benchmarking models for government operations and modernization advisory • Help shape the data strategy for AI, OpenCounter, and digital-front-door initiatives • Support RFPs, oral presentations, and discovery with data architecture and migration expertise • Size data work, de-risk delivery, and provide prospects confidence in delivery plans • Codify standards, frameworks, and playbooks to institutionalize the practice's data capability

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years architecting enterprise data ecosystems, including data warehousing, MDM, SQL/ETL/ELT, and complex migrations across fragmented environments • Proven delivery in government/public sector, including statewide licensing and permitting platforms, large-scale record migrations, and replacing paper-based processes with digital service delivery • Strong Salesforce/platform background, including Public Sector solutions, integrations, and large multi-system consolidations • Cloud data fluency with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and modern cloud data warehousing • Reporting and analytics depth, turning operational data into KPIs, dashboards, and decision support • Executive presence, with ability to advise C-suite stakeholders on strategy, timelines, capacity, and risk • Practice-builder's instinct, including scaling teams and frameworks, mentoring talent, and establishing repeatable delivery processes
