📋 Description

• Drive partner growth strategies for large and complex client programs • Identify, develop, recruit, activate, and scale high-impact partnerships • Optimize publisher and partner performance to drive measurable client revenue growth • Manage strategically important and high-value partner relationships • Lead complex negotiations and identify opportunities with appropriate autonomy • Use performance trackers and reporting to explain results, implications, and next steps • Build and own end-to-end recruitment and paid placement strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs • Adapt partnership strategies and reset client expectations when needed • Develop and deliver persuasive pitches for larger or unconventional opportunities • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers and Program Directors • Mentor and support Growth Managers on publisher best practices and vertical knowledge • Establish trusted client and partner relationships and shape long-term partnership roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience • Affiliate marketing background required • Direct exposure to creator partnerships, AEO, or retail media is a strong plus • Demonstrated track record of independently closing larger or more complex deals • Proven excellence in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue/recruitment targets at a senior level • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including experience presenting to clients • Knowledge of affiliate networks, including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, industry conferences, and events • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight • Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage complex partner relationships • Equal opportunity employer; applicants are evaluated regardless of protected characteristics
