📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions, and relevant details to patients and providers • Act on behalf of local branch offices after hours, during weekends, and on Company holidays • Accept urgent calls from patients and referral sources • Troubleshoot equipment issues • Handle urgent new patient setups • Route and dispatch local technicians or respiratory therapists as needed • Provide other necessary after-hours support • Develop business relationships within field leadership through collaboration, partnership, engagement, and communication • Support Field teams, Operations, and Sales by delivering timely feedback • Problem-solve common complaints, flag trends, and partner cross-functionally on preventative measures • Proactively improve the patient experience • Support employee programs that nurture company core values and create a positive culture • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry or experience in dispatch or transportation • Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word • English (reading, writing, verbal) • Intermediate level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and handle urgent new patient setups • Ability to route and dispatch local technicians or respiratory therapists as needed • Ability to work after hours, weekends, and Company holidays • Ability to occasionally lift equipment up to 50 lbs
