📋 Description

• Provide virtual respiratory support and education to patients and caregivers • Troubleshoot respiratory equipment remotely, including CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators, and oxygen therapy • Educate patients on equipment use, cleaning, care, and best practices • Answer patient questions and provide phone/video-based clinical guidance • Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly • Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams • Maintain compliance with multi-state licensure requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Required active RT license in either Florida (FL) or Texas (TX) — one of these is mandatory • Willingness to obtain and maintain multiple state licenses • Open to all levels of experience • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Strong communication and telehealth engagement skills • High level of customer service with empathy and patience • Ability to teach and explain clinical concepts clearly • Coverage Area: Nationwide (Central and Eastern Time Zones) • Ability to work 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with flexibility • No on-call coverage
