📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions, and relevant details to CPAP patients about therapy usage • Conduct proactive and reactive patient outreach during the first full year of CPAP therapy • Place and take inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and encourage new CPAP patients • Troubleshoot typical equipment issues • Use manufacturer software to review patient usage information and make patient calls data-driven • Apply knowledge of obstructive sleep apnea to explain the potential effectiveness of therapy • Explain PAP and mask equipment and assist with typical troubleshooting questions • Encourage patients to download and use manufacturer mobile app solutions • Verify patient demographics, physician information, and notification preferences • Accurately document patient accounts, comments, discussions, and concerns • Suggest changes and identify opportunities that enhance business growth • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred • Experience with various insurance plans, including HMO, PPO, and Medicare • Moderate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word • English reading, writing, and verbal skills • Moderate mathematical proficiency and ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs. • Ability to adhere to HIPAA guidelines
