📋 Description

• Teach AMC10, AIME, and JMO competition problems virtually through the Think Academy Teaching Platform • Develop personalized training plans tailored to students' levels and goals • Create problem sets, handouts, and learning materials aligned with various competition systems • Stay current with trends, formats, and problem styles of annual math contests • Guide and mentor students preparing for local and international math competitions, including BMT and HMMT • Conduct approximately 3–4 classes per week and complete administrative work including problem-set development, grading, preparation, and student/parent communication

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher with an academic background in Mathematics or a related STEM field • Personal math competition experience with at least qualification to USA Junior Mathematical Olympiad or equivalent level • Strong mathematical foundation and deep understanding of competition-style problem solving • Ability to explain advanced concepts clearly and inspire students at different levels • Availability during the stated Pacific Time class windows • Passion for competitive mathematics and commitment to helping students excel • Prior competition math teaching or coaching experience • Participation in team-based math competitions such as BMT or HMMT is a strong plus • Commitment to at least one year, through May 2027 • Availability for approximately 30–40 hours per week, including teaching and administrative hours
