📋 Description

• Provision and maintain employee and partner access to Payor and Internet Portals based on job title • Ensure timely termination of access • Create new User IDs and initial passwords from employee requests and Security Access Request forms • Ensure appropriate security-level access for systems based on job title • Respond to requestors according to SLA requirements • Train users to access new applications after User IDs and passwords are created • Diagnose security issues preventing access to applications or data • Ensure administrative access is restricted unless approved by Systems Security leadership • Recommend and implement appropriate resolutions • Maintain the Associate Maintenance Master by tracking approvals and requesting updates • Assist with Segregation of Duties and Sarbanes-Oxley audits • Maintain training materials, job aids, document version controls, informational databases, and security communications • Provide guidance and instructions to less experienced staff • Perform other duties as required
