📋 Description

• Provide practical, risk-based guidance across internal teams and client-facing work • Interpret policy and assess compliance risks • Help teams apply federal regulatory requirements to daily operations • Advise business leaders and employees on Ethics & Compliance issues • Partner with Legal, CoRE, and cross-functional business teams • Address compliance questions and review routine matters • Support development and application of enterprise-wide compliance programs • Contribute to mitigation strategies • Support training and awareness efforts • Reinforce a strong culture of integrity • Handle substantive matters with increasing independence • Shape compliance guidance and influence operational risk decisions

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship • Juris Doctor Degree • Active Member of a state bar • Must register as Corporate Counsel Registrant with Virginia State Bar • Deep knowledge in corporate Ethics & Compliance • Knowledge of work performed by the immediate CoRE (Compliance, Regulatory, and Ethics) team and collaborating teams • Ability to respond to direction and feedback on priorities and task management • Ability to contribute to risk mitigation decisions across multiple teams • Ability to act as a compliance decision-maker across internal teams and decision-contributor across business areas • Ability to provide compliance solutions and guidance across multiple teams • Ability to complete regular/routine compliance-related tasks daily • Ability to engage employees to promote Ethics & Compliance topics • Ability to communicate with and counsel employees at all organizational levels, including Managing Directors • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
