📋 Description

• Lead complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for SAP ABAP development efforts supporting Payroll • Design, develop, and enhance custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW objects) • Translate customer requirements into detailed technical and enterprise application design specifications • Interact with SAP HCM/Payroll Functional Consultants and client team members to analyze alternatives and provide technical recommendations • Prepare programming specifications, technical design documents, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts • Debug, performance tune, and troubleshoot custom ABAP code and standard SAP payroll objects • Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning • Manage, mentor, and train junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience • Strong ABAP proficiency, including OOP ABAP, BAPIs/RFCs, IDocs, user exits/enhancement framework, Smart Forms/SAPscript, and custom report/interface development • Experience developing and supporting custom objects within an SAP Payroll landscape • Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance • US citizenship required (no dual citizenship) • US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • SAP HCM Payroll functional background (schemas, PCRs, payroll driver customization) (bonus) • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience (bonus)
