📋 Description

• Support the design, documentation, and testing of SAP custom development objects related to HR and payroll processes • Translate business and functional requirements into detailed functional design specifications • Review business requirements, process documentation, and solution designs • Define business rules, calculations, data structures, validations, and error handling • Identify SAP HCM/Payroll configuration dependencies, data requirements, and integration touchpoints • Facilitate design walkthroughs and collaborate with functional and technical teams • Provide clarifications to developers during the build phase • Maintain traceability between requirements, functional designs, and delivered objects • Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and test data • Execute functional testing and validate results against documented specifications • Validate calculations, business rules, data flows, error conditions, and exception handling • Document test results and maintain evidence for audit and traceability • Identify defects, collaborate with developers, retest fixes, and support regression testing • Support readiness and handoff activities for subsequent testing phases • Partner with business stakeholders, functional SMEs, technical developers, and project leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years SAP HCM functional experience • Understanding of HR processes and SAP HCM data structures • Experience developing functional specifications for SAP custom developments • Experience designing and executing functional test cases for SAP solutions • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation • Understanding of SAP custom development object types (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows) • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
