📋 Description

• Help retail clients design, optimize, and manage pricing strategies and promotional programs • Analyze retail market conditions and partner with cross-functional teams • Translate business requirements into configuration and deployment plans • Identify process improvement opportunities and apply best practices • Support clients through complex retail transformation activities • Configure, test, and deploy pricing and promotion capabilities using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Merchandising, and SAP Retail • Collaborate with clients to implement price and promotion planning strategies • Configure and optimize SAP Merchandising and SAP Retail modules • Analyze pricing and promotional processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements • Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA pricing, promotions, and retail execution features • Work with functional and technical teams to integrate pricing and promotional solutions • Train and troubleshoot for end users and enhance pricing and promotion capabilities • Participate in blueprinting, configuration, SIT/UAT testing, and deployment activities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of functional SAP experience • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA retail pricing and promotions; PMR, OPP, and Condition Contract Pricing highly preferred • Strong understanding of price calculation, margin logic, and promotional price planning • Experience with condition techniques and POS outbound pricing • Proficiency in SAP functional configuration and customizing • Experience with business-process design, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and authoring requirements/functional specs • Strong support experience for SIT/UAT test cycles • US Citizen (no dual citizens) • Ability to obtain a client Public Trust government clearance • Compliance with all US citizenship requirements throughout engagements • US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
