📋 Description

• Develop and update AFS enterprise SCRM policy, standards, and procedures • Develop and execute compliance approaches and periodic assessments for 500+ projects • Establish shared responsibility models for enterprise Tier 1 and project Tier 3 SCRM plans, controls, and inheritance • Support AFS project SCRM compliance • Support internal and external audits related to SCRM controls • Respond to SCRM RFIs and questionnaires in solicitations and contract awards • Respond to SCRM contract clause modifications • Trace requirements to multiple impacting regulations and standards • Ensure AFS compliance with SCRM requirements in solicitations, contracts, and regulations • Develop checklists of auditable evidence needed to demonstrate compliance • Support 3PAO audits and new SCRM requirements, including NIST SP 800-172 and EO 14028 • Identify and manage enterprise supply chain risks across multiple domains • Execute SCRM strategy, charter, roadmap, planning, and implementation across the enterprise and project/program level • Support stakeholders in self-assessing and documenting compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8+ years of relevant experience • Experience with detailed analysis of requirements in NIST SP 800-161 • Ability to write policies, plans and standards • U.S. Citizenship required • Ability to obtain Security Clearance • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (bonus) • Top Secret Security Clearance (bonus) • U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship
