📋 Description

• Design, build, and execute technical solutions to convert legacy data into Oracle Cloud • Develop complex SQL scripts for data transformation • Create reusable conversion templates • Lead data validation efforts • Design technical data conversion strategies and source-to-target mapping documents • Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, and ETL processes • Own and manage data load cycles, including Mocks, Dress Rehearsals, and production Cutover • Troubleshoot technical issues, data errors, and performance bottlenecks • Design validation and reconciliation processes and develop post-load accuracy reports • Mentor junior data conversion developers and conduct code reviews • Collaborate with functional leads, business analysts, and client SMEs on data requirements, transformation logic, and data cleansing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data conversion/migration for Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM) • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and validation • Proven experience leading technical data conversion activities through multiple project lifecycles • In-depth, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud data loading tools, including HSDL and HDL • Strong understanding of ETL principles and the entire data migration lifecycle, from analysis to post-go-live support • U.S. Citizenship is required • Must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States • Bonus: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or enterprise ETL tools such as Informatica • Bonus: Background in federal, regulated, or public sector environments • Bonus: Skills in performance tuning of SQL and data loading processes • Bonus: Experience in a client-facing or consulting role • Bonus: ERP and SCM conversion experience
