• Produce strategic and creative proposals and sales/marketing collateral for corporate events and programs • Work with a variety of suppliers to develop creative concepts and deliverables • Contribute to content conceptualization and lead smaller-scale proposals • Collaborate with Creative Managers on larger programs and proposal splits • Own asset-based projects such as Destination and Dine Around Guides • Use creative tools and industry platforms to craft concepts that drive engagement and differentiate Access • Create statements of work, negotiate with vendors, and resolve client budget challenges • Develop gross profit strategies using transportation logistics and value-padding tactics • Manage pricing sheets, source quotes, and integrate accurate SOWs while factoring concessions and commissions • Build and maintain dashboards tracking vendor activity, data accuracy, and project progress • Initiate, vet, set up, and update vendor relationships in Salesforce • Strengthen supplier partnerships and identify collaboration opportunities • Source and evaluate new vendors with innovative or destination-specific offerings • Represent Access at tradeshows and industry events • Align design, pricing, and delivery with program goals and client objectives • Partner with Creative Managers and Sales on creative and pricing decisions • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Events teams on large-scale programs • Lead logistical preparation and site visit support • Balance 3–5 concurrent proposals while meeting deadlines and quality standards • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and vendor responses with cross-functional and national teams • Anticipate challenges and resolve issues through teamwork, critical thinking, and sound judgment • Display Access Values: Imagine First, Demand Integrity, Embody Excellence, Always Collaborate, Service Obsession
• 2–3+ years in a DMC or related field • Demonstrated success with creative problem-solving and taking initiative • Ability to independently manage smaller-scale proposal development • High client satisfaction scores across programs • Meeting or exceeding gross profit goals on programs • Excelling in Key Areas of Responsibility • Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets, including Revenue and Average Invoice • Consistently demonstrating all Access Values • Completing required training and certification • Maintaining a positive attitude • Comfort participating in in-person meetings and partner visits when occasional travel is required • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • CRM experience, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or another CRM • Experience with creative projects such as event concepting and storytelling, graphic design or pitch decks, branding or visual identity, stage or production design, or experiential activations • Experience building client-ready proposals with copy, visuals, mood boards, and budgets with sales input
