📋 Description

• Assist with defining and executing the vision, strategy and roadmap for Tensar solutions to align with company objectives, and communicate to all stakeholders • Define and measure key performance indicators for success • Collaborate with marketing to define a clear, concise value proposition to the market for Tensar solutions and define messaging, content and collateral • Support commercialization and launch of new products and applications in WH • Define specification strategy to develop a strong position for Tensar in the market • Conduct market research using established voice of customer frameworks and best practices • Engage with customers to collect data, discover needs, gain product insights, and communicate them throughout the organization • Identify market needs and customer problems that may translate into new technologies, features or services for CMC • Prepare and communicate business cases to facilitate development of new opportunities • Work with technology to commercialize research and support and enhance the value proposition of Tensar solutions, including preparation of sales materials • Prepare and deliver technical presentations at internal and external meetings and workshops • Work with product management on evaluating price lists and pricing strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or product management in the construction industry • Ability to influence, motivate and direct large, cross-functional teams that do not report directly to this position • Proficient in working with diverse teams and external service providers • Strong communication and presentation skills required (verbal, written, listening) • Organized with the ability to manage complex and detailed information • Good understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical construction • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering required • PE (Professional Engineer) License is a plus • MBA preferred
