📋 Description

• Define and deliver the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the internal Travel Commerce Admin product • Enable scalable configuration, control, and governance of commerce capabilities across clients, markets, and channels • Translate commerce platform needs into scalable admin and configuration capabilities • Understand configuration workflows, pain points, and scalability constraints • Reduce manual effort, errors, and engineering dependency through admin tools • Manage PNR formats globally • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Admin & Configuration Platform • Manage third-party tools used for the Travel Commerce Platform • Work with Travel Commerce Product Managers to support go-to-market needs • Represent internal users across implementations, support, product teams, and core services • Partner with engineering, UX, and architecture to deliver high-quality solutions • Partner with Implementation and Operations teams to streamline onboarding and configuration at scale • Guide, coach, mentor, and provide product leadership • Participate in the Leadership Team for Agent Technology

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management, preferably platform or internal products • Experience working in complex, multi-market, multi-client environments • Comfortable operating between strategy and detailed execution • Data-informed, systems-oriented thinking • Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills with an internal-user focus • Ability to translate complex business and platform needs into clear requirements and user stories • Comfortable working with APIs, data models, and configuration concepts; coding is not required • Analytical and metrics-driven; able to define KPIs and use data to drive prioritization • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Execution mindset with attention to detail, quality, and operational impact
