📋 Description

• Contribute to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services • Conduct market research • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Design user experiences • Oversee the product development lifecycle • Apply user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to drive digital product success • Ensure digital products meet customer needs and expectations • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support strategic priorities and customer value • Convert product strategy into clear execution plans, priorities, and outcomes for the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services • 5+ years of experience with healthcare claims / benefits within a digital product environment • 5+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, execute strategic initiatives, and plan, deliver, and support digital product lifecycles • Agile / SAFe experience preferred • Quality Assurance Testing Methodologies or SDLC experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience • Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience • Ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog • Knowledge of user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends
