📋 Description

• Perform solutions implementation for comprehensive document-centric customer business solutions • Implement ASend, SCS CAC/PIV, uniFLOW suite applications, and other output management solutions • Provide implementation support and solve technical problems related to software and services during installation • Validate technical solutions for feasibility • Serve as a technical resource when help desk assistance is needed during escalations • Assist with pre-sales activities for solution sales • Coordinate relationships among internal and external support teams during technical escalations • Manage delivery plans, client expectations, scope of work, and administrative project tracking • Guide customers through software configuration, administration, and maintenance • Create user documentation • Provide education and training to existing clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required • 3 to 5 years of related experience • Available to work beyond standard hours as required • CDIA+ certification, or must attain it within the first 6 months of employment • Network+ certification, or one of Network+, Cloud+, or Security+; if not presently certified, work toward attaining it within six months of promotion • Core Certifications for uniFLOW: Technician and Online Foundation • Desired: MS 365, Azure, or AWS Fundamental or Associate certification • Occasional local/regional travel may be required, 1–5 days or more depending on implementation size and complexity • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Required minimum auto insurance coverages • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not supported • Must reside in the United States at the time of hire
