📋 Description

• Offer best-in-class travel consultation to ALTOUR clients • Quote and book accurate domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations • Ensure all corporate travel policies are followed • Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment • Deliver extraordinary customer service to travel leader clients • Greet all clients with enthusiasm • Provide consultative service to travelers and travel arrangers throughout the booking process • Complete all reservations accurately and timely • Secure the lowest available air, car, and hotel rates at time of booking • Utilize client and ALTOUR negotiated programs when applicable • Utilize GDS low-fare search capabilities • Maintain productivity, quality, and customer-experience goals • Work one of the following schedules: 9 AM–6 PM ET, 10 AM–7 PM ET, or 11 AM–8 PM ET

🎯 Requirements

• Must pass GDS assessment • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM • 5 years’ travel selling experience • 5+ years’ customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry • Exceptional/above & beyond, proactive customer service approach • Excellent travel industry knowledge • Mastery in Sabre GDS formats, short cuts, enhancements, pricing • Corporate travel experience required • Experience in international travel bookings and process • Experienced handling of multiple accounts • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral • Embrace change, adaptable, viewed as a leader • Strong understanding of own skill set and development opportunities • Takes direction, offers suggestions, and asks for appropriate guidance when applicable • Demonstrates exceptional team work • Proactively offers support when ability matches need • Acts as a leader among peers • Consistently demonstrates mastery of the guiding principles in daily work habits • Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers and leaders when appropriate • Ability to handle most difficult situations • Able to support peers in decision making • Knows when to escalate to a leader • Strong understanding of key Altour initiatives and employs strong change management skills consistently
