• Own the end-to-end performance of a portfolio of strategic accounts, including revenue growth, retention, and long-term value creation. • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client business objectives and global expansion goals. • Build executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor, shaping client roadmap and investment priorities. • Lead complex deal cycles, including enterprise-wide agreements, global programs, and multi-stakeholder negotiations. • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across business units, geographies, and buyer segments to expand wallet share. • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Product) to deliver seamless and high-impact client outcomes. • Drive executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs), providing strategic insights and forward-looking recommendations. • Maintain accurate portfolio forecasting and leverage data to inform decision-making and performance optimization.
• Have 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client leadership roles within localization, SaaS, or global services. • Have a proven track record of managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts (multi-million ARR). • Think beyond transactions and bring a strong strategic mindset to account planning and client engagement. • Influence confidently at the C-suite level and navigate multi-stakeholder global organizations with ease. • Are skilled in structuring and closing complex, high-value deals across global environments. • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and take full ownership of outcomes. • Combine strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of client business drivers and industry trends. • Use CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
