📋 Description

• Provide customer support and service activities to internal and external customers, vendors, contractors, and carrier teams in the claims process • Provide support via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with homeowners regarding restoration project schedules • Update and maintain customer databases • Document all interactions accurately and promptly • Initiate and follow up on tasks associated with cases, work orders, and service appointments • Ensure repairs are completed according to estimates and homeowner satisfaction • Flex to other contact center departments as needed • Assist with special carrier reports regarding claim status • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships • Meet, maintain, and exceed production goals • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Three years of customer service experience required • Available to work a flex schedule including evenings and weekends required • Reliable broadband internet and ability to work from home required • Knowledge of Salesforce, XactAnalysis, and Livegenic preferred • Knowledge of insurance, claims, estimating, and sales (roofing) preferred • Previous construction project management experience (one-two years) preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain accuracy
