• Serve as a go-to resource and first point of support for instructional technology questions and requests • Provide support to faculty, staff, and students using learning systems and instructional technologies • Partner with academic leaders and the Learning Design team to integrate technology into courses and curriculum • Troubleshoot instructional technology issues and coordinate with the IT partner or other teams • Evaluate and recommend technology tools and resources • Create and maintain technology guides and resources • Support course and learning-system preparation, including migration activities and course-shell readiness each term • Assist the Learning Design team with projects, requests, and initiatives during peak periods • Verify that instructional technologies and integrations are accurate, functional, and aligned with University needs • Stay current with instructional technology trends, tools, and best practices • Participate in team meetings, University events, and assigned committees • Contribute to collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service • Perform other duties as assigned
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred • 2–3 years of relevant experience in instructional technology, educational technology, academic technology, administrative support, or a related field • Experience supporting technology users in an educational or higher education environment preferred • Familiarity with learning management systems and instructional technology tools • Experience with Campus Nexus and Microsoft Outlook/calendar management preferred • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Clear, approachable communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of audiences • Strong organization and follow-through when managing multiple requests and competing priorities • Service mindset and genuine interest in helping others succeed • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt as systems and needs evolve • Ability to work independently while collaborating with faculty, academic leaders, Learning Design, IT, and other University partners
