📋 Description

• Provide customer support and service to internal and external customers, vendors, contractors, and carrier teams in the claims process • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with homeowners regarding restoration project schedules • Update and maintain customer databases • Document all interactions accurately and promptly • Initiate and follow up on tasks associated with cases, work orders, and service appointments • Ensure repairs are completed according to the estimate and to the homeowner’s satisfaction • Flex to other contact center departments as needed • Assist with special carrier reports regarding claim status • Establish and maintain effective relationships to gain customer trust and respect • Meet, maintain, and exceed production goals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Three years of customer service experience required • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends required • One to two years of previous construction project management experience preferred • Reliable broadband internet and ability to work from home required • Knowledge of Salesforce, XactAnalysis, and Livegenic preferred • Knowledge of insurance, claims, estimating, and roofing sales preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain accuracy
