📋 Description

• Complete detailed claims reviews and compare them against industry standards • Discuss and coordinate activities with adjusters and contractors regarding deviations from industry standards • Obtain detailed claim information from contractors, including moisture readings, sketches, photos, and other documentation • Review potential deviations with contractors and determine allowable work • Create estimates and sketches in Xactimate to facilitate claims settlement • Reach agreed settlement amounts with contractors • Prepare written review summaries based on IICRC standards for submission to carriers • Receive, enter, and manage insured-hired claims, including documentation follow-up • Work with supervisors and senior team members to ensure claims are handled properly • Enter claim details and results into company systems for tracking and reporting • Handle fire and contents claims, mold claims, larger water losses, and commercial claims • Adhere to company and department policies

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required • Associate or bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience • Thorough knowledge of the company’s products, services, and business operations • Previous call center 24/7/365 experience • Ability to work overtime or flex schedules during high volume and CAT Events • Ability to work independently while seeking support as needed • Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability • Detail-oriented • Ability to handle conflict professionally and courteously • Strong customer service skills • Excellent verbal, electronic, and written communication skills • Ability to work with peers and all departments • Reliable in meeting work commitments • Flexible and adaptable • Ability to utilize technology devices, software, and applications • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills • Reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord when working remotely
