📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of strategic stakeholder engagement initiatives for the Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) • Develop, plan, and coordinate DSPO roundtable series, meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagement activities • Advance suicide prevention objectives across broader defense communities • Develop agendas • Coordinate meetings • Plan events • Manage stakeholder relationships • Support knowledge management • Execute day-of-event activities • Coordinate logistics for additional DSPO events and strategic engagement activities

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree • 10+ years of directly related professional experience • Demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder engagement strategies that build support, strengthen partnerships, and advance organizational objectives • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, roundtables, workshops, and working groups, including agenda development, logistics management, scheduling, facilitation support, and meeting documentation • Proven experience serving as a liaison between multiple stakeholder groups to foster collaboration, communication, and alignment on shared initiatives • Strong executive presence with the ability to professionally engage senior leaders, military personnel, chaplains, clients, and other high-level stakeholders • Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across complex organizations • Ability to support knowledge management activities, including organizing information resources, documenting lessons learned, and maintaining reference materials • Experience generating ideas, topics, and collaboration opportunities that support strategic prevention, resilience, or wellness initiatives • Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security or access credentials • Experience working within military organizations or supporting military personnel (preferred) • Experience interacting with General Officers, Flag Officers, Senior Executive Service (SES) personnel, or other senior executives (preferred) • U.S. citizenship required • Citizenship confirmed via I-9/E-Verify at the start of employment
