• Serve as point of contact for key clients and nurture strong relationships • Develop client satisfaction processes and track feedback for continuous improvement • Provide strategic insights and solutions aligned with client business objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client-specific strategies and processes • Ensure project management compliance through ACDC’s PM Framework • Review, update, and implement the ACDC PM Framework annually • Resolve client issues, concerns, and escalations • Identify project management process optimization and efficiency opportunities • Drive adoption and training of project management tools, methodologies, and technologies • Develop and train teams on lean methodology, process mapping, and continuous improvement • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project management division • Define and implement project management processes using Salesforce • Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Manage resource allocation across company projects in Salesforce • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders • Conduct project reviews and status meetings • Oversee development of project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets • Manage Salesforce reporting for budget tracking, invoice review, and resource allocation as a Salesforce SME • Assign project/strategic managers and establish governance • Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans • Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and evaluate project management team members • Lead division SWOT analysis, business planning, strategic initiatives, KPI reporting, and annual trend reports • Support Business Continuity Plan maintenance, training, and exercises • Identify and evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations • Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and agreement negotiations • Incorporate project management practices into proposals and business development products
• Bachelor's degree in a closely related and relevant field (years of direct experience may substitute on a year for year basis, in addition to the minimum requirements) • 8+ years proven experience in leading and managing complex projects and project teams • 5+ years proven experience in strategic planning and management, preferably in a senior leadership role • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques • Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, and resource allocation • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Must be 18 years of age or older • Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsored visa is required • Must pass company and any applicable client background check and reference check upon offer of employment
