📋 Description

• Produce narration and audio learning content for online courses • Run voiceover production for new course builds and updates, including script preparation, pronunciation review, AI generation or recording, editing, mastering, final delivery, and process documentation • Own audio workflows end to end and identify, build, test, and maintain automations that reduce manual effort and turnaround time • Direct voice artists when necessary, including booking sessions and providing direction • Manage voice models and settings and evaluate new voices and tools • Determine the appropriate production method based on quality, turnaround time, and cost • Establish and maintain audio standards, delivery requirements, documented workflows, and a pronunciation library • Manage the audio asset library, including organization, versioning, traceability, and updates • Load and configure audio assets in Aceable's proprietary learning management system and automate deployment where possible • Develop and run audio quality assurance before course publication and resolve post-launch audio issues • Track content changes requiring updated audio and keep narration synchronized with live course content • Forecast voiceover capacity against the course production calendar and identify volume risks • Collaborate with LX content managers, visual designers, motion specialists, and the Automations team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional audio production experience in e-learning, audiobook, podcast, broadcast, or a comparable narration-heavy environment • Hands-on experience with and enthusiasm for AI voice generation tools, such as ElevenLabs • Hands-on experience using workflow automation platforms, such as n8n or Zapier, or scripting for batch media processing • Expertise in a professional DAW, such as Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Logic, or Reaper, including editing, noise reduction, restoration, and mastering to a delivery specification • Experience producing long-form narration through recording, voice direction, or generation • Sound production judgment to determine when to use AI generation, live talent, existing audio, pickups, or full re-records • Experience managing and maintaining a large audio or media library, including file organization, version control, and ongoing updates • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical partners and translate content changes into a production plan • Working knowledge of After Effects or video production is a bonus • Experience in e-learning, edtech, or regulated industries is a bonus • Experience building production standards or workflows for a team is a bonus • Bilingual audio production experience, particularly Spanish-language narration, is a bonus • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira is a bonus • Comfort working inside a content management system or learning platform to place, configure, and verify media assets is a bonus
