📋 Description

• Build and execute Cohere's strategic narrative across Executive Thought Leadership, Policy Storytelling, and Corporate Storytelling • Partner with the VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and content strategy and execution • Audit senior voices, including the co-founding team, CFO, Chief AI Officer, SVP Government Affairs, and VPs • Develop content playbooks for regulatory milestones, product launches, customer wins, and IPO milestones • Partner with Marketing to create content for company accounts • Stand up the production function, including stage capture systems, content atomization workflows, and freelance crew networks • Build AI-enabled workflows using Command, North, Embed, and Rerank for transcript-to-asset pipelines, executive preparation automation, and narrative consistency • Initiate executive stage content capture and distribution at major events • Refine and systematize content production workflows with predictable cadences • Develop flagship thought leadership pieces and corporate storytelling output • Scale successful storytelling surfaces based on impact analysis and team capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience building executive and corporate narratives from ideation through execution • Experience ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech or AI environment • Ability to create production workflows from scratch, including stage capture systems and content atomization pipelines • Experience in a high-paced broadcast television environment • Experience building trust and rapport with executives and senior leaders • Highly organized and process-driven, with strong project management skills and a bias for action • Creativity in communications, including format, channel, and storytelling • Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and build relationships across all levels • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and prioritize effectively • Experience in strategic communications, content production, and executive storytelling • Ability to build scalable systems and leverage AI tools • Comfort managing production workflows and adapting content strategies based on performance data • Experience in tech/AI environments and familiarity with Cohere's product suite are valuable assets
