📋 Description
• Call customer employees to check whether they are doing their job • Write reports and send the information to the supervisor
🎯 Requirements
• Highly motivated to be a self starter • Phone and computer skills • Comfortable talking on the phone • Strong verbal skills • Ability to speak and explain clearly • Basic computer and internet skills • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access helpful • Familiarity with Email Mail Merge helpful • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Customer service experience helpful but not necessary
