• Call customers' employees to check whether they are doing their job • Record data and send reports to the manager
🎯 Requirements
• Professional, dedicated, and reliable • Customer service experience helpful but not necessary • Highly motivated and able to work independently as a self-starter • Phone and computer skills • Comfortable talking on the phone • Strong verbal skills • Ability to speak and explain clearly • Basic computer and internet skills • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access helpful • Familiarity with email mail merge helpful • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
