📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients and families via phone, email, and electronic communication • Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound outreach to guide families through next steps • Explain Acorn Health programs, services, insurance benefits, and financial responsibilities • Collect, verify, and maintain client and guardian information in the CRM • Prepare and send professional, compassionate email communications • Obtain, organize, and enter required documentation into Acorn Health systems • Coordinate with physicians’ offices to obtain medical documentation • Collaborate with Authorizations, Clinical Teams, and Admissions Leadership on waitlists and onboarding timelines • Communicate with waitlisted families and update availability in practice management systems • Stay current on admissions workflows, process updates, and departmental guidelines • Contribute to an efficient, team-oriented environment focused on family experience • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time business hours • Typical schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual Spanish fluency highly preferred • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and empathetic approach • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask • Team-oriented mindset with accountability • Strong time management and follow-through • Ability to work across multiple markets and manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook • Experience using CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred • Ability to analyze and interpret data and workflow metrics • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience preferred • 1+ year of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment • 1+ year of healthcare admissions, client onboarding, or related experience preferred
