📋 Description

• Map outbound files • Work with vendors and IT during file creation • Coordinate testing and production moves • Monitor outbound files • Coordinate efforts to resolve file issues • Work load error reports for Eligibility, Claims, Providers and other outbound files as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent • 1 to 2 years’ previous experience working in the insurance or TPA industry • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in a frequently interrupted environment • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook • Strong oral and written communication skills • Sound decision making skills • Customer service focused • Works well with minimal supervision • Preferred: Minimum 2 years’ experience working with electronic data
